These terms apply when you use wmacreative.com, our client portal at clients.wmacreative.com, our booking pages, or our text messages. WMA Creative is a photography and design studio run by Wes Armstrong in Texas. By using our site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

For photography sessions and design projects, the agreement you sign with us (for example, your session agreement) is the main contract. If it differs from these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Sessions booked online may need our approval before they're confirmed. A deposit or full payment may be required to hold a date, as shown when you book. Remaining balances are due as stated on your invoice or agreement. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds follow your session agreement. If you need to change something, reply to any of our emails or contact us as soon as you can.

Your photos are delivered in a private online gallery, available until the date shown on it. Please download your images before then.

WMA Creative keeps the copyright in all images we create. You receive a personal-use license to print, share and enjoy your images, as described in your session agreement. Please don't edit, apply filters to, or sell the images, or use them commercially, without our written permission. When you share them online, a credit to WMA Creative is always appreciated.

Prints and products ordered through your gallery are produced by our professional lab and shipped to the address you provide. Please check your order, crop and shipping address before paying. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Web design, hosting, branding and design work is provided under the proposal or agreement for your project, which sets out what's included, timelines and payment. Hosting continues month to month unless your agreement says otherwise.

WMA Creative Client Updates: if you opt in by ticking the text-message box on one of our forms or booking pages, we'll send texts about your session or project, such as booking confirmations, reminders and updates. Consent to receive texts is not required to book or buy anything.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; you'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@wmacreative.com or (936) 250-9707.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy policy for how we handle your information.

All content on this website, including photos, text, logos and design, belongs to WMA Creative and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Please don't misuse the site, including attempting to access other clients' galleries or information.

We take great care with every session, project and order. To the extent the law allows, WMA Creative's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the session, project or order involved. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for circumstances beyond our control such as weather, illness or equipment failure; in those cases we'll work with you to reschedule.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
